I seem to have come down with a light cold. I suppose it's somewhat lucky that it happened now, rather than earlier in the school term. I plan on returning home for a short while and clean the dust off my golf clubs.

Today I received a gift. It was a golf bag. However, due to my golf clubs gathering dust at home, I cannot do anything with it. It has however convinced me to visit a golf course soon and do some much needed practice.

It has certainly been an... interesting few days.
This morning I found a daffodil on my desk.
To my mysterious gifter whose identity I can hazard a guess at, thankyou for your thoughtful gift. It is now in the bin, and I cannot breathe and I seem to have a rash spreading up my arm.
A lovely end to the week.

I received a parcel this morning from my family. Apparently my sister thought it necessary to give me a Disney Princess colouring book. Very strange.
I am however quite pleased with the numerous packets of jelly crystals. I think I shall be making some later.

So I have been settling into the new room. I have not yet fully unpacked as I had to clean everything and the top of my desk still requires a bit of final cleaning before I can put things on it. I plan on doing that tomorrow.
It is an interesting change, being in a different room. I will miss having Niou as a roommate, however change is... mostly exciting to experience.
I had a bit of a headache this morning, but it is all fine now.

I'll be arriving at the reunion tomorrow and will only be staying for a short while. Work is as busy as usual this time of year, leading up to the Christmas break. Unfortunately I had planned my yearly leave to occur after this gathering before I knew it was happening and was unable to change it.
My apologies to anyone who really wanted to see me and are unable to get a hold of my phone number or email to contact me otherwise.

I have not posted in this journal for quite a while. My apologies to anyone who finds themselves wanting to read the updates on my life at camp.
I have just been kicked out of my room and am waiting for an opportunity to return to it where my eyes will not be scarred, so I can go back to sleep. I do not appreciate late-night visitors at all.
I have not been reading very much lately. Any suggestions as to good titles would be very much appreciated.

I bought new sheets for my bed on the weekend, as I seem to be disposing of them just a bit too quickly. I'm quite pleased with the colour though. I am aware of the "blue and green should never been seen unless there's something in between" line, however I thought the blue colour I bought Niou was just perfect... we shall just have to stick something different coloured between our beds.
As well as that, I also purchased some new tea... the flavour is quite interesting. I will have to go back and buy some more later.
